Kolkata: Students Failed To Reach BHU Entrance Test Center Due To No Public Transport

Kolkata: Students Failed To Reach BHU Entrance Test Center Due To No Public Transport – In Kolkata, there is a lock-down to stop the increasing cases of the virus. On Thursday the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) entrance examination was held in the salt lake sector.

In comparison with the previous year, many fewer students were come to give the entrance exams. And the main reason for this is that in the state there is lockdown and no public transport is open. That’s why many students face difficulties to go and give the test.

One of the students who gave the BHU entrance exams said “Student count is low in comparison of the previous year. And the reason is there is no public transport outside. My father books a private car so that I able to reach the exam center on time.”

KJ Singh whose daughter was appeared for the BHU exam said that “there is no public transport available, However, because of this there is no traffic jam also, I hired a private car for which I paid 1,500 rupees so that my daughter gives the entrance exams of BHU. It is very confusing for the lockdown dates in Bengal. “

“Well, this exam was supposed to be conducted in April but it is postponed to May and then August. One of my friends couldn’t come to give the entrance exams because he won’t have any private vehicles and there is no public transport available. This is very disappointing.” Sangita Bhattacharya said.

Conclusion

Ultimately, the State is responsible for all these problems. This is really very disappointing that due to the transport issue students didn’t give the entrance exams. Kolkata: Students Failed To Reach BHU Entrance Test Center Due To No Public Transport
